Welcome to the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV website.
We have been in the business of providing decent, safe and affordable housing to thousands of families in the counties of Carroll, Choctaw, Clay, Lowndes, Montgomery, Oktibbeha and Winston all in north Mississippi, since 1944. In addition to offering 389 conventional public housing units, the Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV also provides affordable housing to over 2,000 families in the Section 8 Housing Voucher Choice Program.

ATTENTION:
Mississippi Regional Housing Authority IV was recently awarded Housing Choice Vouchers to immediately assist any families that were apart of the Katrina and Rita Storms that occurred in 2005. If you were displaced by these storms and have a FEMA Number we may be able to assist you with rental assistance.
Families that qualify will be given a SUPER PREFERENCE and their names will go to the top of the Section 8 waiting list. We service Carroll, Choctaw, Clay, Grenada, Lowndes, Montgomery, Oktibbeha, Webster and Winston Counties.
